Leo E. Ours, Jr. a native of Huntington West Virginia,
 attended Huntington
High, Huntington East High and Marshall University. He graduated from Beckley Junior
College now the Mountain State University and Glenville State College where he received
his Bachelor’s degree. Over his career with the State of Florida he has received
many awards for his work and professional association activities. As an information
technology manager he led project teams in the development of multiple State of
Florida technology projects including the development of a statewide communication
network, multiple computer applications, including data warehouses.
